What are Soul Ties? We often hear about Soul Ties or Energetic Cords as they are often called. What are these Soul Ties? Does everyone have Soul Ties? How do we form Soul Ties. Are these Soul Ties healthy or unhealthy? How do we know if these Soul Ties are healthy? How do we disconnect a Soul Tie, if it is not a healthy one? Can a Soul Tie drain precious energy from us? Can it also feed us? Why are Soul Ties so important? How can we form healthy Energetic cords.

Many of us are feeling this energetic shift and we are feeling tired and sluggish.  It is because we are attached to people and things that we are still sharing our energy with.  Energetic Cords are formed with our soul family and lovers.  This is why it is so important that we really begin to be mindful of who we share our energy and spiritual connection with.

This healing session will begin with the answers to all of the above questions with great detail, so there will be an deep understanding of what Soul Ties are and the difference between a healthy Soul Tie and an unhealthy one.

The second part of the healing session will take us to a cleansing with florida water and palo santo to remove any heavy, dense energy and to clear our light body.  We will then open the directions and sacred space and embark on a meditative guided shamanic journey to release those soul ties that we deem unhealthy.

As we release the Soul Ties we will begin to feel much lighter and free and healthy,  we will also regain energy.  This is an invaluable healing session which will teach us the precious skill of releasing Soul Ties assisting us in our spiritual journey as we will also be able to assist others in teaching them about Soul Ties and how to release the unhealthy energetic cords. At an early age, I was taught indigenous shamanistic practices by my grandmother. I continue to build on this knowledge.
